“Is VIP Actually Worth The Extra?”

What do I actually get that general admission does not?

The Moonlit Gala the night before, a private VIP dinner, lounge access for all three days, meet and greets with speakers, upgraded seating, VIP-only swag, and free access to one training day, either Tech Sales Training or Frontline CSR Training. None of it is sold separately.

Can I upgrade to VIP later?

There is no upgrade desk at the event. The gala, the dinner, the lounge and the speaker access are all decided when you buy your ticket, not when you show up at registration.

When is the Moonlit Gala?

Sunday, October 25, the evening before Freedom opens. VIP ticket-holders only, with a surprise guest appearance.

Do I need a separate ticket for the training days?

No. VIP includes one training day free, your pick of Tech Sales Training or Frontline CSR Training. If you want to send team members to those, seats can be purchased for them separately and each training seat includes a Freedom ticket for that person.

We're bringing a group. Is there a rate?

Yes. Discounted rates apply on purchases of 5 or more tickets of any one type. Call or text Kayla at 602-581-7563 and she will sort it out.
