Jim was CMO and CTO at A1 Garage Door Service, part of the leadership team that scaled the company from roughly $40-50M to over $250M before a private equity exit, expanding to 65 locations across 22 states in under 20 months. He built the marketing, the org charts, the hiring process, and the financial controls that made that growth hold.

He now leads Home Service Freedom, where the same systems run inside hundreds of member companies across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage doors, and other residential trades.

Who can attend?

Active HSF members on the Growth, Core, Accelerator, Executive, or Boardroom tiers. Tickets are not sold to the public.

How do I register?

Through your HSF Success Manager. They issue your personal registration link, which sets your tier pricing and applies any seats included with your membership.

Should I bring my team?

Yes. Wednesday's breakouts are built for the people you bring: a trainer for Train-the-Trainer, a manager or lead for the Tech Career Path Workshop. Executive and Boardroom tiers include multiple seats.

Is the AI day going to be over my head, or too basic?

It is built for operators, not engineers. Jim covers how to actually put AI to work in a home service business, grounded in the fundamentals that make it pay off, whether you are running $2M or $40M.
